01 / Work with me

Four ways
to work together.

Pick the door. They all open into the same thing: helping smart people stop being afraid of the model and start using it like a peer.

i.

AI partner for businesses

For companies, teams, solopreneurs, and operators (founders, consultants, fractional execs, agency owners) who need AI working in the business, not as a side project.

Engagements

Hands-on workshops, applied training across functions, fractional AI strategy for leadership, ongoing advisory for solopreneurs, and custom internal cohorts based on Running Start. Built for the size of your business, not someone else's.

You leave with

You shipping with AI by the end of the engagement, not after a sixty-page report. Real workflows, in your actual stack, sized to your actual team (even if your team is one).

ii.

1:1 strategy
for individuals

For founders, executives, and operators who want one human to look at their actual stack, role, and output.

From $300 / hour
Engagements

Hourly working sessions, virtual. We open your tools, your tabs, and your real work, and rebuild it together. Half-day intensives available.

You leave with

New workflows, not new homework. A clear answer to "where does AI actually belong in my week."

iii.

Speaking + keynotes

For conferences, summits, internal company events, and women in tech, business, and finance gatherings.

Talks include

Applied AI for working professionals. AI for women. The post-content-creator economy. What a decade in emerging tech teaches you about adopting the next thing without losing your mind.

Your audience leaves with

Conviction and a clear next step. Not vibes, not fear, not a five-tool stack they will never set up.

iv.

Trainings + group classes

For women's groups, business networks, professional associations, and internal learning teams.

Formats

Multi-day live cohorts (see: Running Start) and shorter custom group sessions. Virtual or in person. Built for the room you're putting in front of me.

Your group leaves with

A move from "AI-curious" to "AI-using" in the time most people take to read another newsletter about AI.

  • One page per prompt: the why, the example output, and the swap to make it yours.
  • Yours in your inbox in sixty seconds. No funnel, no drip nightmare.

No spam. No "10x your output overnight" garbage. Just the pack and the occasional note from me when something is worth your inbox. Unsubscribe in one click.

04 / About

A decade inside emerging tech.

I have been in the chaotic middle of new technology for ten years. AI is the same pattern: a few people pretending to know everything and a lot of smart people quietly worried they are falling behind. I am here for the second group.

I built experiential marketing at Serotonin, helping emerging tech companies like PayPal, Bain Capital, Polygon and Protocol Labs actually reach the people they were trying to reach. I've worked with the institutions that shape how new technology gets adopted culturally, including PACE Gallery, Phillips, Sotheby's, and CAA. I sat on the founding board of stewards at ETHDenver and briefed policymakers at the White House with Coinbase.

Now I do the same thing for AI, except instead of explaining the future to outsiders, I am training the insiders. The lawyer who needs to draft faster. The marketing lead whose team is drowning. The operator who already pays for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and uses none of them well.

I teach AI the way I wish someone had taught it to me. With your real work on the table.

Open · Women's networks

AI for women, on purpose

Women in tech · finance · law · ops
Why women are adopting AI second and what that costs in pay, promotion, and time. With a fix.
Do you only work with women?
No. Running Start's first cohort ran women-only by design. Cohort 2 is open to everyone. Company training, individual hours, speaking, and custom group classes have always been open to everyone.
Will you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Denver and book speaking, workshops, and on-site engagements anywhere a flight goes.
What does an engagement actually look like?
It usually starts with a thirty-minute call so I can hear what you're trying to fix. From there: a workshop, a retainer, an hour, or a stage. I will recommend what fits the problem, not the biggest version of it.
Are you "an AI bro"?
No. I'm a working operator with a decade in emerging tech and a strong opinion that the people most underserved by the current AI conversation are the ones doing the actual work. That includes a lot of women, a lot of mid-career professionals, and a lot of teams who do not have a CTO whispering to them.
What tools do you teach?
Whatever stack makes sense for the room. Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Granola, custom GPTs and projects, plus the workflow scaffolding that lives between them. I am tool-agnostic and outcome-loyal.
